We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are shipped the same day and delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Crep Protect.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Returns are processed within 7 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
