1. Nike SB Dunk High Decon Di'orr Greenwood
Release Date: June 4th
Arizona meets Oregon for this sneaker release. And given the colourway, it is all sunshine and rainbows.
From backside flips to Beaverton sketch boards, Arizona-based skateboarder and designer Di'orr Greenwood has had quite a stint within the skate parks. Now she takes her creativity to the next level with her latest reimagining of the Nike SB Dunk High.
Flooded with vibrant hues of teal, royal reds and sunset oranges, the sneaker adopts a predominantly suede composition, paired with inserts of black leather inscribed on the toe box and Swoosh for a stealthy completion up top. Further ‘Nike SB’ branding dresses the tongue tag, while landscape-ridden insoles nod to Greenwood's picturesque hometown of Arizona.
If this pair tickles your fancy, then you better head over to the SNKRS app to grab yourself a pair.
Whilst you're at it you might as well buy some of our signature Crep Protect Spray to keep your pair fresh
2. New Balance 1000 x Aime Leon Dore ‘Grey’
Release Date: June 6th
Greyscale, the ALD way.
As of recent times, New Balance has been making its rounds in the sneaker scene, mustering up some impeccable designs with most of them, well, being in grey. We know that old tricks die hard and this is certainly the case for their latest Aime Leon Dore link-up on the New Balance 1000.
The 25-year design has recently gained traction after its remastering by Chicago-born designer Joe Freshgoods, it is now opting for a smooth leather build, layered with sleek translucent overlays and ‘N’ gilded logos that deliver a slice of brand nostalgia with each step. ALD branding extends along the toe, heel and tongue, while the greyscale theme follows through the midsoles, marrying the fit with some extra cushioned goodness.
3. YEEZY BOOST 350 ‘Turtle Dove’
Release Date: June 11th
It’s back, so grab it while you can.
Just like that, adidas has finally kickstarted what we think will be the last of their YEEZY stock that will be available to the public.
And to be honest, we’re here for it.
Now let’s cast your minds back to 2015 when the YEEZY 350 first landed in the laps of many sneaker enthusiasts across the globe, you’ll know that the one colourway that had all gassed was the ‘Turtle Dove’ colourway and luckily enough for you, they are back like they never left.
Sporting its OG form, the silhouette stays true to its patterned Primeknit build, textile-gilded heel tabs and BOOST midsole which offers optimal cushioning support, so whether you’re hitting the gym or stepping out with some friends, comfort is always guaranteed.
You can give your Turtle Doves the dust-free treatment by investing in some Crep Protect Crates
4. Air Jordan 4 ‘Oxidized Green’
Release Date: June 15th
Clean with a bit of sheen
We must admit that the year of 4’s ( so far) has been packed with surprises and we’ve only just reached the halfway point. During this time we’ve seen the return of the ‘Breds’, ‘Military Blues’, ‘Sails’ and introducing the ‘Vivid Sulphur’ colourway to this ‘89 icon.
So what’s next for the 4’s? Well, we know that the Jordan Brand rarely disappoints, and the ‘Oxidized Green’ rendition is living proof of this. This one pairs its clean white leather base with titular shades of Green that garnish the eyelets, upper midsole and sockliner with a metallic sheen. Grill-like mesh summons the upper, ensuring things are well-ventilated throughout, Jumpman logos grace the tongue and heel, while Air cushioning lends cloud-like comfort to its wearer.
5. Air Jordan 13 ‘Dune Red’
Release Date: June 25th
Are you copping the Dunes in June?
Like MJ’s cat-eye focus on his gameplay, we’ve got our eye on the Air Jordan 13 ‘Dune Red’ this season and we’re going to convince you why you should too. From first inspection, the Air Jordan 13 ‘Dune Red’ oozes summer perfection through its clean white leather base, intercepted by overlaid red mesh that paints the sidewalls with a pop of colour.
The quilted suede working its way through the rear of the shoe is where the real magic happens offering an almost textured feel to the lateral heels and lowers, as well as shrouding the monochromatic cat ‘eye’. This harmonious and evidently vibrant mix of colours is concealed with a phylon midsole and herringbone traction underfoot, for the perfect combination of traction and comfort.
Got a stain on the quilted mesh? Crep Protect Cure will do the trick
