Mowalola has never been one for playing by the rules, so naturally, her first Jordan Brand collaboration isn’t interested in following them either.

Introduction:
Following its reveal at Paris Fashion Week, the Mowalola x Air Jordan 14 collection is finally ready to step into the spotlight, bringing together basketball heritage, high fashion and the British-Nigerian designer’s unmistakably rebellious design language.
Design Details:
Leading the capsule is a heavily reworked Air Jordan 14. The Ferrari-inspired silhouette trades its traditionally sporty appearance for an earthy brown leather upper with a deliberately weathered finish. MOWALOLA branding is worked across the lateral side, while plaid detailing appears towards the heel and lining. Even the AJ14’s familiar side badge gets switched out for a circular Mowalola-branded emblem.

But why stop at one Jordan 14?
Arguably the collection’s biggest curveball is the Mowalola x Air Jordan 14 Mule, which takes the iconic basketball sneaker somewhere it has never been before. The backless design transforms the AJ14 into a slip-on, wrapping the foot in a metallic, one-piece upper while retaining the silhouette’s aggressive, fang-like tooling underneath. It’s part sneaker, part mule, and 100% Mowalola.

Release Info:
According to the latest release information, the Mowalola x Jordan Brand collection launches via Mowalola on September 19, before receiving a wider global release on September 26. The standard Air Jordan 14 is priced at $255, while the Air Jordan 14 Mule comes in at $180.
